Your relationship with Ebramus
These terms govern use of the website and purchases from Ebramus Auto Parts Inc., Montréal, Québec. Offer details and order confirmation supplement these terms. Mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
Accounts and access
Parts, prices and ordering are available in your dashboard after sign-in. Provide accurate information and protect your credentials. Trade terms require approval of a business account; submitting an application alone does not grant trade pricing.
Prices and orders
Prices in your dashboard reflect your account terms. Currency, taxes, shipping charges and the applicable total must be provided before you commit. Check quantities, compatibility and your address before confirmation. We contact you if an availability issue or error requires a change; substitutions or additional charges require your agreement where required.
Payment, delivery and pickup
Available payment methods and terms are provided during ordering or in your business agreement. Destination, dimensions and availability may affect shipping. Review our delivery page and your confirmation. Cross-border arrangements and charges must be clarified before a US-bound purchase.
Returns and legal rights
See our returns policy. Nothing excludes a legal warranty, cancellation right, refund or remedy that cannot be waived by contract. Consumer protections apply according to the nature of the purchase and relevant jurisdiction.
Responsible use
Do not access another person’s account, bypass access controls or extract the catalogue without authorization. Manufacturer and carrier trademarks identify their products or services; their presence is not an assurance of affiliation.
Questions and changes
Contact us with questions or complaints. New terms apply to future use and orders and do not retroactively reduce rights attached to confirmed orders. Mandatory rules in your jurisdiction take precedence.
